The whole flat area to the left (some of which has been recently leveled) will soon be 3+ million square feet of the Amazon campus, taking of four or more city blocks and obscuring much of the background. In addition, that crane in the middle foreground is building a two-tower condominium building. The next few years will be dramatic.
