It's gorgeous in Seattle this week, even reaching 61 degrees under sunny skies today. I walk in to my office on Tuesday and Thursday, in the sun, with headphones in and all I need for the day in my messenger bag. We look at 5 condos, each either with something too wrong with it or not enough wrong with it to be in our price range. I haven't (willingly) watched television for almost two weeks.

A couple of new restaurants/bars get ready to open in Belltown. The news reports eight billionaires live in Washington. Northern lights are visible over Puget Sound most of the week. Miss Seattle publicly apologizes for tweeting: "Ugh can't stand cold rainy Seattle and the annoying people."
